Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello, born on April 18, 1967, in the United States is an actor and producer as well as writer and director. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were some of her film roles. Bello has been on TV in roles like Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997) and Payback (1999) and Coyote Ugly (2000), The Cooler (2003), A History of Violence (2005), Michelle McBride (2016) as well as Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane (2021-2021). Bello was born on April 18 1967 in Norristown (PA) and was the daughter of Kathy who was a teacher and school nurse, and Joe Bello. She also appeared on the series Touch (1997-1998). Bello has other starring roles such as Michelle McBride on the show in 2016 and Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane in 2017-2021. In the field of political science Bello studied at Villanova University. Bello continued to train in acting by participating in numerous New York theatre productions. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son who is named Jackson. Bello published a blog in November of 2013 about her similar-sex relationship with Clare Munn, and how it ended. She published a book, Whatever...Love Is LOVE: Questioning The Labels We Give ourself. (Dey Street Books) on April 28, 2015.
